  1. A friend of mine gifted me an Urban Ladder gift card. But I’m not sure how I can use it.
    To use your gift card, simply apply your Gift Card Code and PIN at the payment step during checkout. Your card can be redeemed against any purchase on www.urbanladder.com.
  2. When will my Urban Ladder gift card expire?
    We’ve got two words for you. NEV. ER. Okay fine, that’s just one word. But you get the drift. The Urban Ladder Gift Card never expires!
  3. Can I return a gift card?
    Why would you want to return your gift card? Do you not like beautiful things? If you don’t, we’d suggest you start warming up to them now. Because our gift cards are non-refundable :)
  4. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders for Gift Cards?
    We sure do. If you’d like to purchase more than 5 Urban Ladder gift cards at a time, send an email to [email protected] , and we’ll have you set up.

Terms & Conditions

The Urban Ladder Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by URBAN LADDER HOME DÉCOR SOLUTIONS
PRIVATE LIMITED. Gift Cards can be used to purchase any product on www.urbanladder.com. Gift Cards once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded. Gift Cards do not expire. But Gift cards issued by 3rd party will be valid for 6 months to 1 year. Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited. Maximum of 5 Gift Cards can be used in single purchase.
